Refund policy

Unjunk is paid for with prepaid credits. This page sets out when you get money back. Email hello@unjunk.io with any question.

Unused credits, within 30 days

You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 30 days of buying a pack, from the Billing page or by email. We refund the unused amount to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Refunds usually reach your account in 5 to 10 business days.

Undo within 24 hours

If you undo a sender decision within 24 hours, the credit for that decision is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Only successful work is charged

Message moves are counted from Microsoft's success responses. Moves that fail or are retried cost nothing. Unsubscribe attempts are included in the decision price.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. These rights apply in addition to this policy, regardless of the 30-day window.

Free use

The scan, your first 20 decisions and your first 2,000 moved messages are free, so there is nothing to refund for them.
